What these pages collect, and what we send Meta
Updated 27 October 2026
This covers audit.imperiumos.ai, go.imperiumos.ai and links.imperiumos.ai. It adds to our main privacy notice at imperiumos.ai/privacy. Where the two differ about these pages, this one applies.
What you give us
When you take the audit: your answers, your name, work email, phone number and company. When you book a call: the time you pick and anything you add to the booking.
What your browser tells us
The ad link you came in on (its tags and Meta’s click id), your IP address, your browser and device, and your country, worked out from your IP. When you send the audit we keep your IP address and browser with it, because Meta needs them to match the events below.
Our own event log notes which pages you open and how much of the film you watch, under a random id kept in your browser. Microsoft Clarity records how the page is used, with anything you type masked. Plausible counts visits without cookies. The main notice explains each of these, where they run and how long they are kept.
The Meta pixel, and what we send Meta
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To see which ads bring the right people, and to show our ads to more people like them, these pages use the Meta pixel. Meta’s Conversions API sends the main events again from our server, so they still arrive when a browser blocks the pixel.
On the real estate page the pixel only loads when you arrive from one of our Meta ads. On the other pages it loads on every visit.
What we tell Meta:
- that you opened the page
- that you started the audit, and that you finished it
- that you booked a call
- later, from our sales records, whether the call took place and whether you became a client, with the value of the deal
Once you have given us your details, each event carries your email, phone number, name and country, each turned into a scrambled code (hashed) before it is sent, so Meta can match them to an account without reading them. Events also carry Meta’s cookie ids from your browser, your IP address, your browser, and a random id for your browser. We never send Meta your answers to the audit questions.
Meta uses what we send under its own terms and its privacy policy.
Who else gets your details
We run our sales with Close (our customer records, with our notes), Calendly (bookings) and Zoom (calls), and through the services that host these pages, store your answers, send our emails and tell our team when you apply. We don’t sell your details.
Your choices
- Stop Meta using it. In Meta’s Accounts Center, open Your information and permissions, then Activity from other businesses (on some accounts it is still called Your activity off Meta technologies), and choose not to let Meta use that activity.
- Block it in your browser. A tracker blocker, or blocking cookies for this site, stops the pixel. It doesn’t stop what our server sends after you send the audit or book, so email us if you want that stopped too.
- Ask us. Email archie@imperium-growth.com to see what we hold, correct it or have it deleted. Once you ask, we send Meta nothing more about you. What Meta already has stays under the Meta setting above. We reply within one month.
